大倾角三软厚煤层旋转综采矿压特征分析

             

摘要

基于潘北矿大倾角30°旋转综采工作面开采地质及技术条件,通过安设 KJ345型在线监测系统对支架工作阻力及工作面矿压特征观测,对比分析了大倾角三软厚煤层综采工作面走向段和旋转段的矿压特征.结果表明:与走向段相比,旋转段工作面下部支架工作阻力显著增加,动载系数达1�45~1�52,而且煤壁片帮等矿压显现明显,基本顶来压步距减小;工作面中部支架工作阻力增加,基本顶来压步距增大,但矿压显现不明显;工作面上部支架工作阻力减小,来压步距从8�8 m增加到15�5 m.%According to the mining condition and technology of the Panbei Mine's fully mechG anized rotation mining face with large inclined angle (30°),the support working resistance and ground pressure feature were observed by KJ345 onGline monitoring system,and we compared and analyzed the ground pressure behavior of trend segment and rotation segment in fully mechaG nized rotation mining face with large inclined angle and “three soft”thick coal seam�The results show that in comparison with the trend segment,at the rotation segment,the powered support resistance at the lower working face were obviously increased,the dynamic load coefficient was 1�45~1�52,the mine strata pressure behavior such as coal wall caving and others were serious, the pressurized distance of the basic roof was obviously reduced;the powered support resistance at the middle working face were increased,the pressurized distance of the basic roof was inG creased,but mine strata pressure behavior was not serious,the powered support resistance at the upper working face were reduced,the pressurized distance of the basic roof was obviously inG creased from 8�8 m to 1 5�5 m.
