In view of the dehydration experiment of tectonic coal in Xinzheng clean coal comG pany,the influence of mudding on the particle distribution of raw coal slime has been analyzed. The dehydration experiments of the -0.5 mm coal slime have been compared when the flocculaG nts was added or without,which also has been compared with the dewatering experiment of the-0.5 mm raw coal slime.The results showed that the influence of mudding on the dewatering treatment effect of pressure filter.The dehydration experiment of the -0.3 mm raw coal slime has been conducted.The particle distributions of the slime cake for the two sizes have been anaG lyzed.%针对新郑精煤公司入选构造煤进行了脱水试验研究,分析了泥化作用对原生煤泥粒度组成的影响,对-0�5 mm粒级煤泥进行了絮凝剂的添加,并与-0�5 mm 粒级的原生煤泥进行了脱水试验,试验发现泥化作用对加压过滤机脱水处理效果有一定影响。同时对-0�3 mm粒级原生煤泥进行了加压过滤试验,并对两个粒级的煤泥滤饼进行了粒度分析。
