中国煤矿瓦斯突出灾害事故规律与管理对策研究

摘要

以2001－2014年我国发生的390起煤矿瓦斯突出事故为研究对象，系统总结了不同区域、不同时间节点、不同煤矿类型等煤与瓦斯突出发生的特征，针对煤矿安全管理存在的问题，从行业结构优化、瓦斯抽采制度、队伍建设及管理思路等方面提出了对策，研究结果将为煤矿瓦斯防治提供依据和参考。%Taking the 390 coal-gas outburst accidents occurred from 2001-2014 as research obj ects,this paper systematically summarize the characteristics of outburst accidents for different regions,time periods and coal mine types and proposed related strategies in aspects of industry structure optimization,gas drainage operation model,team building and management thinking based on the existing problems in coal mine safety management,which could provide references for coal mine gas prevention and control.
