中国煤矿瓦斯灾害现状与防治对策研究

摘要

通过详实的数据，研究分析了我国煤矿瓦斯灾害分布的特点、高瓦斯和煤与瓦斯突出矿井产能分布的特点，总结了瓦斯事故的规律性特征，明确了当前瓦斯防治工作面临的突出问题，在此基础上提出了现阶段瓦斯防治工作“调结构、提水平、强管理、严执法”的总体思路。%With the detailed data,the distribution characteristics of coal mine gas disaster in China and the capacity of the mines with high gas and coal & gas outburst are analyzed,and the regularity features of the gas accident are summarized,and the prominent problems of current gas prevention work are made clear.Based on these,the general idea of"adj usting the structure,imG proving the level,strengthening the management and strictly enforcing the laws"is put forward for present gas prevention work.
