煤中原始水分对煤自燃影响的绝热氧化试验研究

     

摘要

to study the effect of original moisture on the coal spontaneous combustion,the adiabatic oxidation experiments of dried and fresh coal sample prepared from same coal sample were carried out. The analysis of experiment data shows that there is a stage in which the mois-ture is evaporated,the temperature of coal sample irregularly fluctuates and rises slowly and the process of coal spontaneous combustion is delayed during natural heating of fresh coal sample. Through analyzing the kinetic parameters of coal spontaneous,the relationship of ln( dT dt )and-1 dT RT for two kinds of coal sample was obtained by fitting,the ln( dt )of dried coal sample is basic linearly correlated with the- 1RT ,however,the ln(dTdt )of fresh coal sample is linearly correla-ted with the- 1RT only in the moisture evaporating stage. The activation energy of fresh and dries coal sample in the low temperature stage is basically same,which shows that there is no effect of original moisture on the coal spontaneous combustion.%为研究煤样中原始水分对煤自燃的影响,对同一煤样的干燥煤样和新鲜煤样进行了绝热氧化试验。通过对试验数据的处理分析发现新鲜煤样在自然升温过程中确实存在一个水分蒸发阶段,该阶段内温度无规律地上下波动、升温缓慢,能延缓煤自燃进程。通过对煤自燃动力学参数分析,拟合得出了两类煤样的 ln(dTdt )和-R1T 关系,干燥煤样的ln(dTdt )和-R1T 基本呈线性关系,新鲜煤样则只在水分蒸发阶段前呈线性关系。干燥煤样和新鲜煤样在低温时期的活化能基本相同,即煤样原始水分对煤自燃倾向性鉴定没有影响。
