Gemini型助剂与阴离子型分散剂协同作用机理

     

摘要

The coal slime from Buertai Coal Mine in Ordos had lots of oxygen-containing functional groups,which were against the adsorption of anionic dispersant on the surfaces of coal particles.Besides,the coal slime's inherent moisture content was high,so that it was difficult to prepare coal water slurry (CWS)in high concentration easily.In order to improve the slurrying performance of the CWS,the quaternary ammonium Gemini surfactant was chosen as the acces-sory ingredient of CWS dispersant,and compounded it with lignin sulfonate (LS)and naphtha-lene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (NSF)respectively,then the slurrying experiment and properties characterization of the coal slime from Buertai Coal Mine were carried out,which were aimed at studying the synergistic reaction mechanism of Gemini accessory ingredient and an-ionic dispersant and the best additive amount of the accessory ingredient.The results showed that when the mass ratio of Gemini accessory ingredient and coal sample was 1∶1000,the synergistic reaction effect was best,the slurry concentration increased about 1 .5%,and meanwhile the sta-bility and rheological property of the CWS improved accordingly.%鄂尔多斯布尔台煤矿煤泥由于其表面含氧官能团多,不利于阴离子型分散剂在煤表面的吸附,且其内在水分含量高,很难制得高浓度的水煤浆。为了改善该煤泥的成浆性能,选取季铵盐类Gemini表面活性剂作为水煤浆分散剂助剂,分别与木质素磺酸盐(LS)及萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物(NSF)复配,对鄂尔多斯布尔台煤矿煤泥进行制浆实验及性能表征,探究Gemini型助剂与阴离子分散剂协同作用的机理以及助剂的最佳添加量。结果表明,当Gemini型助剂与煤样质量比为1∶1000时,协同作用效果最好,浆体浓度约提高1��5%,同时水煤浆的稳定性、流变性也相应改善。
