修补钢筋混凝土梁新老混凝土界面粘结强度的试验研究

摘要

An experimental study on the bonding strength of the new-to-old concrete interface in repaired reinforced concrete beams is carried out by using pull-off method. The age difference between the new and old concrete is three months. The test results are shown that the bonding strength increases in the first one and half years and then decreases in the following one and half years. A relationship between the bonding strength and time is obtained. We discuss the effects of interface agents on the bonding strength. The key points of the pull - off method for the bonding strength test are also presented.%混凝土修补的耐久性问题日益受到关注.本文采用拉拔法对钢筋混凝土修补梁新老混凝土的界面粘结强度进行了为期3年的系统测试.比较了粘结强度随时间的变化规律,分析了不同界面处理剂对耐久性的影响.同时也提出了拉拔法测试界面强度的要点.
