S350冷弯薄壁型钢住宅足尺模型振动台试验研究

         

摘要

Two full-scale two-storey models of S350 cold-formed thin-walled steel framing buildings were designed.The external panels of the two models are OSB boards and ribbed corrugated steel sheets,respectively,and the internal panels of both models were gypsum boards.Shaking table tests were carried out for the two models,with three actual seismic records and one artificial wave,and the loading schedule was from 7° frequent earthquakes to 9° rare earthquakes based on the peak acceleration of fortification intensity.The test results showed that,failures of the full-scale building models occurred in the connection parts and local region of the sheathing panels,the main failure modes were pulling-out of self-drilling screws,rupture of local gypsum boards,detachment of ribbed corrugated steel sheets,and yielding of the diagonal braces of framing walls in the first floor of the models,with the main wall studs basically being elastic.Although lateral rigidity of the whole structures degraded greatly in 9° rare earthquakes,the two models didn't collapse,which proved that the structural composite framing walls with sheathing boards can satisfy the seismic fortification level,i.e.,structures should not collapse under rare earthquakes.Full attention should be paid in structural design process to strengthen the window and door opening regions,and to increase the reliability of self-drilling screw connections.%设计了两栋二层S350冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨体系住宅结构的足尺模型,其外墙覆面板分别采用OSB板和带肋波纹钢板,内墙覆面板均采用石膏板。分别对两个模型进行了振动台试验,试验选取3条实测地震波记录和1条人工合成波,加载工况按照峰值加速度的大小,从7度多遇到9度罕遇的烈度水平。试验结果表明,结构的破坏均发生在连接部位和墙板的局部区域,主要破坏模式表现为螺钉的脱落、石膏板的局部破裂、带肋波纹钢板的脱离以及模型底层墙体的交叉钢带屈服破坏,钢龙骨基本完好。在9度罕遇地震作用下,整体结构的水平刚度虽然有大的削弱,但建筑物无倒塌危险,表明采用此两种双面覆板构造复合墙体的模型结构在试验的地震烈度水平下能够符合我国抗震设防"大震不倒"的要求。建议在结构设计时要关注门、窗部位的局部加强和螺钉连接的可靠性。
