介绍了SCR脱硝的工艺原理，并以SCR技术中的核心一催化剂为对象，详细介绍了催化剂的种类、影响催化剂活性的主要因素及防止措施、失效后的处理方式以及催化剂的贮存方式、安装过程等。并建议通过催化剂的测试块来预测催化剂的寿命及运行维护前的注意事项。%The catalyst is the most important part in the SCR process system. The performance of catalyst directly affects the whole system efficiency of NOx reduction and the investment and operating cost. This article introduces the SCR principle, which includes the details of catalysts, the main factors of affecting the catalyst activity and preventing measures, the treatment method to catalyst after failure, storage mode and the installation process. Last but not least, we suggest by way of the catalyst test blocks, it can not only predict the service life of the catalyst but also the operation and maintenance of the matters needing attention.
