The problems and optimization transformation of SSL-1700 graphite furnace were introduced.After transformation,the safety performance of synthetic furnace operation were improved, the synthesis furnace operation cycle were extended,and the synthesis furnace maintenance costs were reduced greatly.%介绍了SSL-1700型石墨炉的工艺、运行中出现的问题及优化改造情况。经过改造，提高了合成炉的运行安全性，延长了运行周期，降低了维护费用。
