一次盐水工艺优化运行总结

摘要

介绍了陶瓷膜过滤工艺制备一次盐水使用情况，通过对上盐改造、盐水过滤系统粗过滤器及回收配水系统工艺优化改造等措施，降低精制剂消耗，提高盐水质量，确保一次盐水系统平稳运行。%The process of primary brine device was introduced.Though change the form of delivering salt、optimize the process of primary filter and the operation of melting water ,the amount of refine agent was reduced ,to improve the quality of primary brine ,make sure that the system of the primary brine operational stability.
