硫酸铵生产工艺改造及综合应用

摘要

针对硫酸铵装置在超负荷生产过程中不断遇到稳定性差、聚合物分离效果差、富含氨氮的废水排放量大等问题的分析，通过历年的技术改造综合应用，最终解决问题，使间歇式生产变为连续式生产。%Problems encountered during the overloaded production process such as poor stability, poor polymer separation effect and the large emission of rich in ammonia nitrogen wastewater and so on. In order to deal with these problems, the ammonium sulfate production technological has been modified in recent years. Finally the intermittent production process was substituted for continuous production process and these problems were solved.
