二氧化碳和氯甲烷电化学合成碳酸二甲酯的研究

         

摘要

Carbon dioxide to cause environmental problems are widespread, abundant carbon resources and CO2 gas production, with indirect electrochemical synthesis, preparation of dimethyl carbonate not only avoid the disadvantages of the other methods to play the advantages of electrochemical methods itself, reduce production costs, but also to some extent a protection of the environment, the electrochemical synthesis of dimethyl carbonate is a new way of production. DMC as an important chemical "building blocks" has attracted attention at home and abroad.In many areas, it can be an effective substitute phosgene, methyl chloride, dimethyl sulfate, methyl chloride and other toxic or carcinogenic substances, in recent years, the application of dimethyl carbonate has been more widely appreciated.%二氧化碳以造成环境问题是分布广泛、储量丰富的碳资源 CO2气体和产量大、用间接电化学合成,制备碳酸二甲酯不仅可以避免其他方法的缺点发挥电化学方法本身的优势,降低生产成本,而且某种程度上是对环境的一种保护,电化学合成碳酸二甲酯是生产的一条新途径。DMC作为一个重要的化学“基石”已经引起了国内外重视,在许多领域内,它可以有效的代替光气、氯甲烷、硫酸二甲酯、和氯甲酸甲酯等有毒或致癌物质,近年来,碳酸二甲酯的应用受到了越来越广泛的重视。
