溶剂法回收顺酐尾气工艺模拟与操作优化

摘要

本文介绍了溶剂法回收顺酐气体的生产工艺。通过ASPEN PLUS软件成功建立该吸收工艺的模型，对模型工艺操作参数，如反应尾气、中段回流比率及进料量进行灵敏度分析，获得针对此吸收工艺的最佳操作参数，为实际生产提供重要参考数据。%In this paper,by use of ASPEN PLUS software to simulate absorption and desorption process to establish consistent with the actual operation of the device model . By means of process parameters on the sensitivity analysis,looking for the best operating parameters and providing important reference data for the actual production .
