四川省筠连县注重发展苗家黄牛干巴产业

摘要

Junlian yellow cattle, broadly distributed in south mountainous district of Yibin city, for in stance, Junlian, Gongxian and Xinwen counties. It is a regional species chosen by Miao and Han nationali ties. The cured beef of Miao Nationality＇s yellow cattle is a traditional food, which was advanced according to the technology of old family, running business in Luomuxiang village of Junlian county in May, 1997. In Luomuxiang and downtown of Junlian county, there are over 30 individual traders and 3 enterprises in small and medium size engaged in the production and selling of cured beef. By the cooperation with associations and institute, the development of specialty, the integration of fund and the foundation of material station, Junlian county accelerates the development of cured beef of Miao Nationality yellow cattle indus try.%筠连黄牛,主要分布在宜宾市南部山区各县（筠连、珙县、兴文）,是当地苗族、汉族人民长期自然选择的四川地方牛种;苗族黄牛干巴,是1997年5月根据四川省筠连县落木祥苗族祖传家庭作坊炕制工艺总结改进生产的民族传统食品,仅筠连县落木祥、县城两地就有专事苗家黄牛干巴生产销售的个体作坊和商户三四十家、中小型企业三家,筠连县通过与科研院校联姻、凭借专业学会优势、整合资金建立原料基地,加快发展筠连县苗家黄牛干巴产业。
