Junlian yellow cattle, broadly distributed in south mountainous district of Yibin city, for in stance, Junlian, Gongxian and Xinwen counties. It is a regional species chosen by Miao and Han nationali ties. The cured beef of Miao Nationality's yellow cattle is a traditional food, which was advanced according to the technology of old family, running business in Luomuxiang village of Junlian county in May, 1997. In Luomuxiang and downtown of Junlian county, there are over 30 individual traders and 3 enterprises in small and medium size engaged in the production and selling of cured beef.
