为做好物流业产学研结合工作，需要一些超前意识、战略意识。对当前我国物流行业面临的若干重大问题的判断，就需要具有前瞻性，以便为行业发展提供具有参考价值的决策依据。当前，在我国面临必须深化改革的背景下，如何认识和判断我国物流业发展的阶段性特征，怎样推动政府管理与政策模式变革，以及未来物流业发展政策的重点和方向，对我国物流业发展而言，无疑是非常重要的战略性问题。这既是对促进物流业发展规律的认识问题，也是理论与实践相结合的产学研结合课题。%To do a better job in promoting the integration of enterprises, universities and research institutes of the logistic industry, we should have the superior and strategic consciousness. In judging the existing key issues facing the logistic industry, we need the foresight to provide us with reference for decision-making in the industrial development. At present, in the background of deepening reform, how to understand and judge the essential features of the industrial development in the current stage, how to promote reform in government management and policy pattern and how to recognize the policy focuses and direction of the future logistic development are the key strategic issues for the development of China’s logistic development. And these are not only problems concerning the understanding of development rules of logistic industry, but also tasks based on the integration of enterprises, universities and research institutes and the combination of theories and practices.
