物流业作为基础性、战略性产业，具有衔接性、渗透性、服务性等基本特点，而“一带一路”战略的实施，必将加强全球性经贸与物流联系，并进一步为物流业转型升级带来极大的机遇。为更好地提高国家跨境物流服务质量与运作效率，降低我国向西开放的国际物流网络成本，推动跨境产业联动发展，应基于“一带一路”战略布局，以集成场理论为指导，遵循国际物流主通道物通量对称平衡机理，将处于国家地理中心的国际物流枢纽作为内陆型国际中转枢纽，并与境外地位同等重要的国际物流枢纽间形成国际物流主通道网络，即跨境国际物流通道网络。同时，注意培育或引进跨境物流集成体，组织好跨境物流链的物流业务种类、规模和实现方式；关注始发国际枢纽港和终到国际枢纽港的场源建设，提升内陆型国际枢纽基核的物流集成引力；关注境内地理中心、采购中心、制造中心、配送中心、金融中心与跨境内陆型国际中转枢纽功能的对接和集聚，形成新的场源，增强跨境物流集成引力。此外，还要运用知识链在联接键设计与构建方面进行持续创新。%As the fundamental and strategic industry,the logistics industry has such characteristics as linkage,penetrability and service;and the implementation of“One Belt and One Road”strategy will definitely bring us with the connection between global economy and trade and logistics,and the opportunity for the logistics industry to upgrade. To better improve the service quality and efficiency of cross-border logistics of China,reduce the cost of international logistic network,and promote the integrated cross-border industrial development,we should take the strategic arrangement of“One Belt and One Road”as the basis and the integration field theory as the guidance,build the cross-border international logistic channel network,and so on. At the same time,we should,first,pay attention to cultivate or introduce the cross-border logistic integrator,and better organize the related business type,scale and pattern of realization;second,we should pay attention to improve the attraction of logistic integration of inland international hub base unclear;and third,we should pay attention to the connection and integration of the function of cross-border inland international hub,domestic geography centers,purchase centers,manufacturing centers, distribution centers and financial centers. Besides,we should also apply the knowledge chain to sustainable innovation in terms of the design and construction of connection key.
