双边市场理论视角下物流平台运营机制分析--以公路货运平台为例

     

摘要

双边物流平台具有为双边提供服务、双边用户需求互补、存在交叉网络外部性、需要线下实体支持、监管责任更大等特征,包括信息交换型线上物流平台、贸易支持型物流平台、园区网络型物流平台和专线+加盟型物流平台。双边物流平台在发展过程中需要解决“鸡蛋相生”的问题,确定合适的定价策略,采取适当措施突破“临界群体”,对平台用户资质进行认证,避免其多平台接入,并确定恰当的竞争策略。%The bilateral logistic platform has such characteristics as providing service for the two sides,the complementary demand of both sides,the externality of cross-network,the needs of offline support and the greater responsibility of supervision;it includes logistics platforms in terms of information exchange,trade support,park network and special line and franchise. In the development of the bilateral platform,we should solve the problem of“chicken and egg”,determine the appropriate pricing strategy,adopt suitable measures to breakthrough the“critical mass”,approve the qualification of related users,and formulate the appropriate competition strategy.
