社会信息化视角下农业生产技术效率的影响因素--基于省际面板数据的随机前沿分析

摘要

Based on the social informatization perspective,and according to the statistical data of 29 provinces and municipalities from the year 2001 to 2008,the authors select several corresponding representative indicators to analyze the agricultural production technical efficiency by the stochastic frontier analysis. Besides,the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the three regional agricultural production technical efficiency is also carried out. The research conclusion suggests that the social informatization has significant positive influence on agriculture production technical efficiency. However,the influence of traditional information media is much higher than that of the new medium of information. And the technical efficiency gap of three major economic regions agricultural production has not been narrowed considerably.%本文以社会信息化的视角，选取相应的代表性指标，依据统计年鉴中我国29个省市区2005年至2012年的相关统计数据，运用随机前沿分析中的B-C模型，对我国农业生产的技术效率进行研究，并对我国东中西经济三大区域农业生产的技术效率进行横向和纵向的对比分析。实证研究的结果显示，社会信息化对于农业生产技术效率具有显著的正向影响，但是传统信息媒介的影响作用远远高于新型信息媒介。而在考虑信息化影响的前提下，三大经济区域农业生产技术效率的差距并没有明显缩小。
