沼气干发酵工艺连续处理奶牛粪起动试验研究

摘要

With diary manure for raw materials, the semi-continuous anaerobic digestion experiments based on sequencing batch were carried out. Hie start-up of dry fermentation were studied. The impact factor of biogas production such as raw materials,concentration,inoculation concentration,C/N,pH were discussed. The results showed that the suitable condition for anaerobic digestion is C/N 19. 8, TS 25% , inoculation concentration 30%. The maximum volumetric biogas yield is 0.5 m3 'm-'d-1.%该试验以奶牛粪为主要发酵原料,在批式发酵的基础上进行连续试验.研究了干发酵的起动方式,同时探讨了发酵原料、浓度、接种量、C/N比、pH值等因子对产气的影响.结果表明在发酵原料C/N为19.8,TS为25％,接种量为30％的条件下,采用先批式后连续的起动方式效果良好.池容产气率最高达0.5 m3·m-3d-1.
