UASB和EGSB反应器降解挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)性能的对比研究

     

摘要

室温下(20℃-25℃)运行UASB和EGSB反应器处理挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs),对两者的降解性能进行了研究.采用改变进水浓度和进水流量两种方式改变反应器运行负荷,结果表明室温条件下,EGSB反应器与UASB反应器相比,在处理高浓度挥发性脂肪酸上,前者具有COD去除率高、运行稳定、耐冲击能力强等优点.EGSB反应器的出水回流提高了反应器内上升流速,强化了反应器内的传质过程,使EGSB具有较高的处理效率和运行稳定性.%At room temperature(20℃ ~25℃ ) ,UASB and EGSB reactor were run to treat the volatile fatty acids.Different influent concentration and flow rate were used to change the loading rate of the reactors.The COD removal rate, pH values,alkalinity of reactors were measured as indicators.The results showed that the EGSB reactor had advantages of high COD removal rate, stable operation, and high impact resistance ability comparing with UASB reactor.Effluent refluxing in EGSB reactor increased flow velocity and enhanced mass transfer, and so EGSB reactor has high processing efficiency and operation stability.
