猪圆环病毒2型LAMP检测方法的建立

摘要

Porcine circovirus virus type 2, a member of the Circoviridae family, is the main pathogen in causing the Postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS).This disease has been becoming a world wide epidemic, which also raises economic loss in the pig-breeding industry in our country. There is room for improvement in PCV-2 inspecting. We designed primers according to highly conserved regions of Cap gene of PCV-2, and con-structed a quick, sensitive and specific detection method of LAMP for PCV-2 .%猪圆环病毒2型属于圆环病毒科圆环病毒属，是引起仔猪断奶后多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)的主要病原。该病在世界范围内广泛流行，给我国养猪业造成一定的经济损失。目前针对PCV-2的检测技术还有提升的空间，因此本研究针对PCV-2的Cap基因高度保守的区域作为靶序列设计引物，建立了一种可快速、灵敏、特异地检测PCV-2的LAMP检测方法。
