技术性贸易壁垒下出口水产品监管思路的探讨

摘要

本文概述了近年来中国水产品的出口贸易现状及面临的主要技术性贸易壁垒，并从环境因素、企业自律及监管体系等不同角度对出口水产品召回/通报原因进行了详要分析，并针对具体原因提出了拓展性建议。%　　The paper summarises the export conditions of aquatic products in China,and analyses the reasons of product recall from the point of views of environmental factor,business self-discipline factor and management factor,etc,and finally offers some extensive suggestions about the thoughts on managements of aquatic products for export.
