甘肃省河西五市重大动物疫病免疫效果评价与分析

摘要

为评估甘肃省河西五市2015年春季重大动物疫病集中免疫效果,在河西五市共采集强制免疫畜禽血清640份,对家禽和家畜血清分别采用微量红细胞凝集抑制试验(HI)和酶联免疫吸附试(ELISA)验进行抗体检测,结果表明河西五市重大动物疫病免疫效果总体较好.%In order to evaluate the vaccination effect for major animal epidemic diseases in the west five cities of Gansu province in 2015,a total of 640 serum specimens were collected from the livestock and poultry under compulsory vaccination in the five cities in spring of 2015,for antibody detection using micro-hemagglutination inhibition test(HI) and enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that the vaccination effect for major animal epidemic diseases in the west five cities of Gansu province in 2015 was quite good on the whole.
