2014年全球禽流感流行状况

摘要

本文对2014年全球禽流感的发生情况进行了介绍，并分析了其流行特点。H5N1亚型高致病性禽流感疫情持续在东南亚暴发流行，造成严重的损失；H5N8亚型高致病性禽流感病毒首次在日韩以及德荷英等国家出现，引发全球广泛关注；H5N2、H5N3和H5N6等3种亚型高致病性禽流感病毒引发的疫情也对发病国家造成巨大损失；H5N2、H7N1等多种亚型低致病性禽流感病毒的共存，对禽流感防控形成了更加严峻的挑战。%In 2014,H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)occurred continually in Asia,and its damage was still serious;H5N8 HPAI viruses emerged in South Korea,Japan,Germany,the Netherlands and the United Kingdom,raising global concern;H5N2,H5N3 and H5N6 HPAIs also caused heavy losses to the affected coun-tries;in addition the presence of H5N2 and H7N1 low pathogenic avian influenza viruses(LPAI)brought us big chal-lenges for prevention and control of avian influenza(AI). The global AI epidemic situation was summarized in the paper,providing the AI evolving scenario worldwide for the domestic prevention and control of the disease.
