上海市猪源沙门氏菌耐药性及脉冲场凝胶电泳分型研究

     

摘要

为了解上海地区猪源沙门氏菌的耐药性及基因分型情况,本研究对2013年分离到的13株猪源沙门氏菌(10株为猪霍乱沙门氏菌,3株为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌)采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感性测定,应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行基因分型。药物敏感试验结果表明,分离到的13株沙门氏菌对磺胺异恶唑、多西环素、氟苯尼考和阿莫西林的耐药率较高,对阿莫西林/棒酸、头孢曲松、丁胺卡那霉素和头孢噻呋敏感。脉冲场凝胶电泳分型结果显示,10株猪霍乱沙门氏菌中有8株为流行病学相关,是本次研究中猪霍乱沙门氏菌的优势基因型。%To investigate the drug-resistance and genotype of Salmonella from pig in Shanghai,13 Salmonella isolates(10 Salmonella choleraesuis,3 Salmonella typhimurium)were tested for their drug-resistance using broth dilution method,and genotyped by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE). Drug-resistance test showed that the 13 Salmonella isolates were resistant to sulfisoxazole,doxycycline,florfenicol and amoxicillin,and sensitive to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,ceftriaxone,amikacin and ceftiofur. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis typing showed that 8 Salmonella choleraesuis were epidemiologically linked,and were the dominant genotype in our study.
