动物卫生监督执法人员违纪处分的实施

摘要

Administrative punishment over the law enforcement personnel is an important task in animal health supervision and law enforcement practices. With acceleration of legalization process and continuous normalization for supervision over various law enforcement activities,animal health supervision has to face this problem. In this paper, main problems in the administrative punishment in animal health supervision were pointed out with regard to the body, scope and procedure and some proposals were put forward.%本文从主体、范围、程序方面分析了对动物卫生监督执法人员行政处分存在的主要问题，并从规范对执法人员行政处分的法制化角度提出六点建议。
