河南省病死动物无害化处理体系建设情况调研

摘要

为了解当前河南省病死动物无害化处理现状，通过问卷调查和实地调研相结合的方式，初步了解了当前河南省病死动物无害化处理的现状，总结了在监管机制中存在的政府监管力度不足、可追溯体系不健全等问题，提出了加大财政投入、制定配套法规、推行政策性养殖等建议。%By questionnaire and field survey,the present status about bio-safety disposal of dead animals in Henan province was introduced. Problems in the current supervision and control mechanism were summarized including insufficient control and incomplete traceability system. Meanwhile,recommendations were also proposed to increase financial investment,set out supporting laws and regulations and encourage policy-based animal production.
