伪造和买卖国家机关证件印章犯罪浅析

摘要

The crime activities on forging and selling certificates and seals of the state organs in veterinary department were researched in this paper,and some criminal cases in recent years were analyzed according to relevant laws. Suggestions of intensefying the investigation with public security departments,and cracking down on illegal and criminal acts from criminal liability,were put forward.%本文着重研究了兽医部门职责相关活动中的伪造、买卖国家机关证件印章犯罪行为，就相关法律规定及近年来相关涉刑案件进行分析，提出了联合公安等部门，加大共同查处力度，从追究刑事责任的角度，重拳打击伪造、买卖检疫证明等违法行为的相关建议。
