江苏省无锡市猪伪狂犬病血清学调查

摘要

To understand the infection situation of pig pseudorabies virus in Wuxi city of Jiangsu province,some breeding pig farms and scaled pig farms were investigated by detecting PRV gE antibodies. The results showed that there were 66.67%farms with PRV infection among all the investigated farms,and the proportion of positive samples was 21.52%. It is not optimistic that there is such a large proportion of PRV infection in Wuxi city,which indicates that the control of PRV will be great significant.%为了解无锡市生猪伪狂犬病毒感染情况，对种猪场、部分规模猪场，检测伪狂犬gE抗体，调查分析猪伪狂犬病野毒感染情况。结果显示，被调查对象中，阳性猪场所占比例为66.67%，阳性样品比例为21.52%。结果表明，无锡市猪场的伪狂犬野毒感染情况不容乐观，应及时加强控制与净化。
