对畜禽运输途中发病或死亡处理的探析

摘要

本文针对当前畜禽在运输环节发病甚至死亡如何处理，从承运人的日常培训、应急处置、物资储备，管理者的隔离场、联动机制、保障与优惠机制建立，立法者的加强法律跟进、加重违法成本、完善补偿追偿机制等方面入手，探讨了畜禽运输途中发病或死亡处理的措施。%It's a complex and difficult problem to treat sick and dead animals during transportation.To solve this big problem;the mechanism of daily training,emergency response,material storage for the animal carriers,the establishment of isolation station,linkage mechanism,guarantee and privilege mecharism for managers;and the mechanism of improving the law,increasing the illegal cost,improving compensation amount,et al,should be enhanced.
