全球城市区域视角下的次区域协调规划探索——以珠三角之次区域为例

Consequently, the target of inner sub-regional is to become the important part of the global metropolitan area whose important feature is splitting regional central functions and characterizing urban central function. Sub-region can bear some important global functions in splitting the development of the global metropolitan area, as well as the prominent competitiveness in the characteristic development of city central functions. On this basis, in conjunction with practices of ＂Zhu-Zhong-Jiang spatial coordinate development plan＂ , we find the solutions on how to realize the spatial coordinate plan in this sub-region., including determining integration targets, building policy partitions, proposing the guidance of important and specific coordination plan, and identifying the Intercity coordinate region. Furthermore, we propose a new system of Task Force Committee to implement regional coordinate plan.%全球城市区域的重要特征是区域中心职能的分置化与城市中心职能的特色化，次区域将在全球城市区域的分置化发展中获得承担其中某些重要的世界级功能的机会，在城市中心职能的特色化发展中突出自身的竞争力。结合《珠中江城市空间协调发展规划》的实践，论述次区域空间协调规划的实现途径，即通过确定一体化发展目标、构建“政策分区”、提出“重点专项协调规划指引”、识别“城际规划建设协调地区”等，创新性地提出区域协调规划的重要实施机制——专责委员会制度。
