论经济功能区的形成机制与发展路径*--以郑州航空港经济综合实验区为例

摘要

Economic Function District means that main bodies of economic activities relied on or preference to some location advantages get together within a certain limits and form a relatively homogeneous economic space, which is the micro-foundation and key step for the formation of economic district. As a comprehensive economic function district, Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone is the national first to upgrade to leading district of aviation economic development. Based on giving full play to the basic function of the current economic function district, the Experimental Zone shall strengthen the effect of promotion, demonstration and leading of functions, and realize transformation and upgrading through innovation of system and mechanism, finally become the core growth pole leading long-term economic development of Central Plain economic region.%所谓经济功能区是指依赖或偏好某区位优势因素的经济活动主体在一定范围内聚集形成的相对均质的经济空间，它是经济区域形成的微观基础和关键步骤。作为一个综合性的经济功能区，郑州航空港经济综合实验区是全国首个上升为国家战略的航空经济发展先行区，要在发挥现有经济功能区基本功能基础上，进一步强化功能提升、示范与引领作用，并通过体制机制创新，实现转型升级，成为引领中原经济区经济长期发展的核心增长极。
