中国在城镇化的进程中，本地居民、流动知识青年群体、第一代农民工、新生代农民工、新生代白领、农业转移人口等群体分布在城市空间。从居住空间、社会交往、消费方式和阶层认同感四个维度分析了城市社会结构的特征，并从本地居民群体内部、移民群体内部以及本地居民群体与移民群体之间的分化与冲突，解析了城市社会结构的裂痕，最后从宏观层面、中观层面和微观层面提出了弥合城市社会结构裂痕的对策建议。%During the process of Chinese urbanization, local residents, the flow educated youth groups, the first generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers, the new generation of white-collars, the transferring agricultural people and so on, are distributed in the urban space. The paper analyzes the constitution of urban social strata and characteristics of urban social structure from four-dimension:living space, social interaction, consumption pattern and class identity. Then the paper analyzes the cracks of urban social structure from the perspective of the local residents within, the immigrant group within and the differentiation and conflict resolution between the two groups. Finally the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to bridge the urban social structure cracks from microcosmic, middle and macroscopic view.
