农业机械化与自动化本科专业应用型人才培养模式探索

摘要

Applied talents play an important role in serving the regional economy and the development of industry and hence is the key link in the education programs of colleges and universities.A long-term exploration on the applied talent training model conducted at Shandong Agricultural University in the specialties of agricultural mechanization and automation has achieved positive results with the clarification of applied talent training conception,approaches and methods and supporting factors in terms of course teaching,practice teaching and scientific research.%应用型人才在服务区域社会经济和行业发展中发挥着重要作用,也是普通院校人才培养的重点。山东农业大学对农业机械化与自动化本科专业应用型人才培养模式进行了长期的探索,从教学、实践、科研等方面明确了应用型人才培养的思路、途径和支撑条件,产生了明显的效果。
