农业高校培养工商管理类本科生的问题与对策

摘要

Problems of business administration major in agricultural universities can be sorted in four aspects:scientifity of training system, classroom teaching quality, conditions of school running, and educational ideology. In order to enhance the education quality and students’ employment competence, agricultural universi⁃ties should achieve targeted improvement in the aspects of educational ideology, faculty calibre, talent cultivation system and college-running conditions of business administration major, balance the relationship between differ⁃ent academic disciplines, do a good job in teachers’ recruitment, training and personnel use, and treat well the relationship between teachers ’ ability and major setup and the relationship between theoretical and practical teaching.%农业高校工商管理类专业本科生培养存在培养体系不够科学、课堂教学质量有待提高、办学条件相对较弱、办学观念比较陈旧等问题。为提升学生培养质量，增加就业竞争力，农业高校工商管理类专业应该从办学观念、师资建设、培养体系、办学条件四方面有针对性地加以改进。同时应注意处理好学科之间的关系，教师的引进、培养、使用之间的关系，师资队伍能力与专业设置的关系；理论教学与实践教学的关系。
