A simple, rapid and high selective method for the assay of reserpine has been developed. It is based on the reaction in aqueous solution of reserpine with Reinecke'salt to form precipitate quantitatively, the amount of residual Cr3+ can be determined by flow injection on-line filtration-dilution-atomic absorption,then the content of reserpine can be determined indirectly. The linear range is 25~200μg/mL, the recovery is 97.2%~102.6%, and the sampling frequency is 100h-1. The method has been applied to determine reserpine with good result.%提出了测定利血平的FI-AAS分析新方法.它是基于利血平在适当的酸度条件下与雷氏盐反应生成不溶水的离子缔合物,经流动注射在线过滤稀释,以AAS法测定反应后剩余铬的量来间接测定利血平的含量.本文运用改良单纯形优化法对原子吸收的工作条件进行了优化,使仪器达到测试的最佳状态;使用内填微孔滤膜为0.22μm的柱形过滤器收集沉淀,效果良好,使灵敏度大为提高.利血平的浓度在25~200μg/mL范围内与吸收值呈良好的线性关系,回收率为97.2%~102.6%,采样频率为100次每小时.
