流动注射在线过滤-火焰原子吸收分光光度法间接测定水中氯离子

         

摘要

In this experiment,based on Cl- and excess Ag+AgCl precipitation reaction,sodium nitrate was used as flocculant to indirectly measure chloride ion in water.The emphasis was on the combination of flow injection on-line filtration and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,Injected flame atomic absorption spectrometry combined with atomic spectroscopy to improve the efficiency of more efficient and better sensitivity;reduce interference and reduce the consumption of samples and reagents;pre-enrichment and separation of the high degree of effectiveness and precision,Greatly reducing the labor intensity of the manual process, the sampling frequency was significantly improved,reproducibility(precision of 0.26%),the application of this method for the determination of chlorine content of water samples were measured,the recovery was 105.3%.%以Cl-和过量Ag+生成AgCl沉淀反应为基础,用硝酸钠作絮凝剂,间接测定水中氯离子,重点在于将流动注射在线过滤与火焰原子吸收分光光度法联用.由于将流动注射与火焰原子吸收光谱法联用,使原子光谱分析方法提高更多的效率,更好的灵敏度;减少干扰和减少试样及试剂的消耗量;预富集和分离的有效性和精密程度高,大大减轻了原先手工操作过程的劳动强度,采样频率明显提高,重现性好(精密度为0.26%),应用此方法对环境水样进行氯含量测定,测得其回收率为105.3%.
