碘作用下吲哚3位硫醚化反应

摘要

Iodine mediated oxidative 3-thioetherification of indoles with heterocyclic thiols and phenylthiols has been developed.In this method,indoles react with multiple thiols smoothly under milt conditions,and various 3-sulfanylindoles were obtained in good to excellent yields.%本文发展了碘作用下吲哚及其衍生物与芳香族硫醇类化合物的直接硫醚化反应,在吲哚3位形成C-S键.在温和的反应条件下,多种杂环硫醇能够与吲哚反应高产率地得到3位硫醚化合物.
