赤泥制备混凝剂盐基度及混凝效果研究

     

摘要

根据盐基度测定以及混凝实验结果,对以赤泥为原料制备水处理混凝剂进行了研究.以碳酸镁为盐基度调整剂,通过正交实验确定混凝剂的最佳聚合条件如下:80℃下,pH=4,聚合时间为24 h,盐基度调整剂的投加量为60 g·L-1.对4种盐基度调整剂(碳酸镁、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、碳酸钠)制备的混凝剂进行对比,结果发现,以碳酸钠为调整剂所制备的混凝剂盐基度最高,为36.96%,其混凝效果也最好,与市售混凝剂PAC效果相当.%The preparation of coagulant using red mud as raw material was investigated in detail according to basicity determination and coagulation test. With MgCO3 as basicity adjustment agent,the best coagulant polymerization conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment as follows:polymerization temperature of 80 ℃ ,pH = 4, polymerization time of 24 h,basicity adjustment agent dose of 60 g · L-1. By comparison of the coagulants prepared with four kinds of basicity adjustment agent MgCO3, CaCO3, Ca(OH)2, Na2 CO3, it was found that the coagulant prepared with Na2CO3 possessed the highest basicity of 36. 96% and removal rate of turbidity. Its coagulation effect was comparable to that of coagulant PAC on the market.
