Microwave extraction process of total saponins from fresh Dioscorea zingiberensis was studied. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:liquid-solid ratio 15 : l(mL : g) ,acidolysis time 2. 0 h,microwave power 400 W,microwave extraction time 4 min. Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total saponins was 0. 26%. Compared with traditional extraction methods,microwave extraction method is suitable for industrial production with high-efficiency, energy-saving,short time,easy operation.%采用微波法提取鲜黄姜总皂苷.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳提取条件为:液料比15∶1(mL∶g)、酸解时间2.0h、微波功率400 W、微波提取时间4 min,在此条件下,总皂苷提取率达到0.26%.与传统提取法相比,微波提取法具有高效、节能、省时、操作简单等特点,适于工业化生产.
