柠檬酸酯类表面活性剂的性能测试

     

摘要

The physicochemical properties of the citrate monoester surfactants (MAEG-EC-Na,MAEO3-EC-Na) and the citrate ester surfactants (AEG-EC-Na,AEO3-EC-Na) are determined and compared.Results showed that-the CMC and γCMC of citrate monoester disodium salts are lower than those of citrate ester sodium salts.The foaming power,foaming stability of citrate monoester surfactants in hard water are higher than in distilled water.The foaming properties of the compound systems are better,with foam volume higher than 565 mL and foaming stability greater than 0.955.Thickening the compound systems with NaCl,the diversification of system viscosity is a mutation process,and the inorganic salt NaCl has greater influence on viscosity of MAEG-EC-Na compound system.%对柠檬酸单酯类表面活性剂(MAEG-EC-Na、MAEO3-EC-Na)和柠檬酸酯类表面活性剂(AEG-EC-Na、AEO3-EC-Na)的物化性能进行了测定和比较.结果表明:柠檬酸单酯二钠盐的CMC和γCMC均比柠檬酸酯钠盐的低;柠檬酸单酯类表面活性剂在硬水中的发泡能力比在蒸馏水中的好,且泡沫更稳定;复配体系的泡沫性能比较好,泡沫体积均高于565mL,泡沫稳定性均大于0.955;用NaCl对复配体系增稠,体系的粘度变化是一个突变过程,NaCl对MAEG-EC-Na复配体系粘度的影响最大.
