PAMAM 树状分子负载 Ni-B 非晶态合金催化剂的制备及催化顺酐加氢性能

     

摘要

A series of polyamidoamine(PAMAM)dendrimers supported Ni-B amorphous alloy catalysts Ni-B/GX PAMAM(X =0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5)were prepared by wet chemical reduction method with NaBH4 .The catalyst samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),N2 ad-sorption,H2 temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPD),and NH 3 temperature-programmed reduction(NH 3-TPD).The catalytic performance for hydrogenation of maleic anhydride were investigated.The results showed that Ni-B/GX PAMAM had the characteristics of amorphous alloys.With the increasing of polymerization de-gree of PAMAM dendrimers,acid content and dispersity of Ni-B/GX PAMAM samples increased gradually, conversion of maleic anhydride hydrogenation reaction reached 100%,selectivity of succinic anhydride de-creased,and selectivity ofγ-butyrolactone increased.Using Ni-B/G3.5 PAMAM as catalyst for hydrogenation of maleic anhydride,the selectivity ofγ-butyrolactone reached 100%.%以聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状分子为载体,经 NaBH4湿法化学还原,制备了一系列 Ni-B/GX PAMAM(X =0.5、1.5、2.5、3.5)催化剂,采用 XRD、TEM、N2物理吸附、H2-TPD 及 NH3-TPD 等手段对其进行表征,并考察了其催化顺酐加氢性能。结果表明,Ni-B/GX PAMAM 具有非晶态合金特征;随着 PAMAM 树状分子聚合程度的增大,Ni-B/GX PAMAM 的酸量和分散性逐渐升高,催化顺酐加氢反应转化率达到100%,丁二酸酐选择性逐渐降低,γ-丁内酯选择性逐渐升高,且 Ni-B/G3.5 PAMAM 催化顺酐加氢合成γ-丁内酯的选择性达到100%。
