辣椒素酯类似物的化学合成及抑菌活性研究

摘要

Nine capsinoid analogues were designed and synthesized from 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl alcohol and carboxylic acid via acyl chlorination and esterification reaction.All the analogues were confirmed by 1 HNMR and MS.The antifungal activity of capsinoid analogues were detected on two experimental strains,such as Rhizoctonia cerealis and Pythium P15.Results showed that all the analogues had certain antifungal activity, which was worthy of further research.%以香草醇和羧酸为原料，通过酰氯化、酯化反应设计合成了9个辣椒素酯类化合物，其结构均经1 HNMR 和质谱表征。以禾谷丝核菌、腐霉菌 P15为病原菌，测试了所合成化合物的抑菌活性，结果表明，该类化合物均具有一定的抑菌活性，具有进一步研究开发的价值。
