To improve the catalytic efficiency for thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP),the AP/Co-MOF nanocomposites were successfully synthesized by a liquid-phase chemical deposition method at 0 ℃. The morphol-ogy and structure of AP/Co-MOF nanocomposits were characterized by SEM,EDX,FTIR and XRD,and their self-catalyt-ical performance for AP thermal decomposition were studied. Results showed that, the AP/Co-MOF nanocomposites owned a core-shell structure with AP as the core and Co-MOF as the shell, and different proportions of AP/Co-MOF nanocomposites showed good self-catalytic performances for AP thermal decomposition. In particular,AP/Co-MOF nano-composites with the mass ratio of AP ∶ Co-MOF=100 ∶ 4 exhibited the best self-catalytic performance.%为了提高高氯酸铵( AP )热分解的催化效率,在0℃下采用液相化学沉积法合成了AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料;通过SEM、EDX、FTIR及XRD对该材料的形貌和结构进行了表征,并研究了其对AP热分解的自催化性能。结果表明,Co-MOF纳米粒子在AP颗粒表面均匀成核且长大形成核壳结构的AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料;不同比例的AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料对AP热分解均展现了很好的催化效果,其中,AP与Co-MOF质量比为100∶4的AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料表现出最佳的自催化性能。
