几种烷基取代氨基三唑硫酮席夫碱化合物的合成及抑菌活性研究

     

摘要

Firstly,alkyl substituted aminotriazolethione compounds were synthesized by using butanoic acid or isobutyric acid and thiocarbonyldihydrazide as raw materials.Then,four kinds of alkyl substituted aminotri-azolethione Schiff bases were synthesized by reaction of alkyl substituted aminotriazolethione with halogen sub-stituted aromatic aldehyde.The structures of the target compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1 HNMR.And their antibacterial activities on four kinds of plant pathogenic bacteria,including Alternaria solani,Alternariaalternata,Gibberellazeae,Fusariumoxysporum were tested.Results showed that the target compounds exhibited high antibacterial activity.%以二氨基硫脲为原料,分别与丁酸和异丁酸反应合成烷基取代氨基三唑硫酮化合物,再分别与卤素取代的芳香醛反应合成了4种烷基取代氨基三唑硫酮席夫碱化合物;通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对目标化合物的结构进行了表征,并初步测定了目标化合物对番茄早疫病菌、烟草赤星病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌等4种植物病原菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,目标化合物具有较高的抑菌活性。
