香樟木木屑制备活性炭的工艺优化

             

摘要

Activated carbons were prepared by mixing black paste of vitamin B6 by-product with camphor wood sawdust.Effects of pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time,mass fraction of black paste on charcoal rate were investigated.Results indicated that,when pyrolysis temperature was 550 ℃,pyrolysis time was 60 min,mass fraction of black paste was 6 %,the carbonization was the best,and the charcoal rate reached the highest.So,black paste can be added into camphor wood sawdust in order to improve charcoal rate and realize recycling of wastes.%将维生素B6副产物黑膏与香樟木木屑混合制备活性炭,探讨了燃烧温度、燃烧时间、黑膏质量分数对成炭率的影响.结果表明,在燃烧温度为550℃、燃烧时间为60 min、黑膏质量分数为6%时,成炭率最高,炭化效果最好.表明黑膏可作为阻燃剂添加到香樟木木屑中,以提高成炭率,实现废物再利用.
