The C-6 carboxyl cellulose with Ca2+ complexation was prepared by soaking the C-6 carboxyl cellulose into the saturated calcium chloride solution under ultrasonic conditions and then centrifugation.The effect of the Ca2+ complexation on the thermal stability of C-6 carboxyl cellulose calcium salt and the thermal degradation mechanism were investigated.The results revealed that Ca2+ promoted the thermal degradation process of C-6 oxidized cellulose calcium salt.Compared with the pure C-6 oxidized cellulose,the initial thermal decomposition temperature was a bit increased,the pyrolysis rate decreased significantly and the amount of residual char at 800℃ of C-6 oxidized cellulose calcium salt increased.And the categories of the volatile gas reduced and the release amount of carbon dioxide decreased during thermal degradation process.%以实验室自制的C-6羧基纤维素为原料,将其浸置于饱和氯化钙溶液中,在超声条件下使Ca2+与羧基络合,经离心处理后制备了Ca2+络合的C-6羧基纤维素.研究了Ca2+对C-6羧基纤维素钙盐的热稳定性能的影响并探索了其热降解机理.结果表明,Ca2+促进了C-6氧化纤维素钙盐的热解过程,与C-6氧化纤维素相比,C-6氧化纤维素钙盐的起始热分解温度略有提升,热解速率大幅下降,800℃时的残炭量有所增加,挥发性气体种类减少,二氧化碳释放量降低.
