拉伸取向尼龙1010样品的抗张回复

         

摘要

The tensile recovery of oriented Nylon 1010 was discussed in this paper.The residual strain (ε′) characterizes the permanent set caused by chain slippage,and the recovery strain (ε-ε′) characterizes the deformation caused by changes of bond angle and the orientation of chain segment.Both ε′ and (ε-ε′) are increased linearly along with the extension of tensile strain (ε) when the tensile temperature (T) amounts to 18 ℃(T<Tg).When T=50~140℃,ε′is first increased and then tends to become a constant,and (ε-ε′) is increased rapidly with the extension of ε.Both ε′ and (ε-ε′) are independent with the tensile speed (v).The recovery ratio (R) is increased linearly with the extension of ε,and R(%)=R0+kε.The permanent set is dependent on the temperaturd and tensile ratio.%研究了拉伸取向尼龙1010的抗张回复现象.残存应变ε′表征了由链滑移而产生的永久形变,回复应变(ε-ε′)表征了键角变化和链段取向产生的形变.当拉伸温度T=18 ℃(T<Tg)时,残存应变ε′和回复应变(ε-ε′)均随拉伸应变ε增大而线性增加.T=50~140 ℃时,随ε增大,ε′开始逐渐增加而后趋于一常数;(ε-ε′)迅速增加.ε′和(ε-ε′)与拉伸速率v无关.回复率R随ε增大呈线性增加,其方程为R(%)=R0+kε,其中R0随T的升高基本是线性下降,而k值随T升高而上升.永久形变与热定形温度和拉伸倍数有关.
