水溶性InP/ZnS量子点的合成及其在指纹显现中的应用

     

摘要

以磷化锌、氯化铟为原料,以十二烷胺为溶剂,在150~200℃下合成了InP量子点,通过相转移和紫外光照得到了巯基乙酸修饰的水溶性InP/ZnS量子点.利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜、荧光光谱仪等分析了不同温度下合成的量子点的粒径、形貌、荧光性能及指纹显现效果.结果表明,合成的InP和InP/ZnS量子点为球形颗粒,粒径在3~5 nm之间,在水溶液中的分散性较好.不同温度下合成的InP复合ZnS后,得到的InP/ZnS量子点的荧光发射波长由438 nm红移至575 nm利用该量子点在紫外光照下可以显示出较清晰的多色荧光指纹图像,可用于具有不同客体背景颜色指纹的鉴别.%InP quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized at 150-180 ℃ using Zn3P2 and InC13 as raw materials and dodecylamine as a solvent. Resultant InP quantum dots were then prepared into highly luminescent water-soluble InP/ZnS QDs modified by mercaptoacetic acid via phase transfer and ultraviolet-irradiation processing. The particle size, morphology, fluorescent property, and fingerprint developing effect of the InP/ZnS QDs synthesized at different temperatures were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and fluorescence spectrometry. Results indicate that as-synthesized InP and InP/ZnS QDs are spherical particles with a particle size of about 3-5 nm and can be well dispersed in aqueous solution. Besides, the fluorescence emission wavelength of the InP/ZnS QDs synthesized at different temperatures was red-shifted to 575 nm from 438 nm, that of InP QDs. This means under ultraviolet irradiation the InP/ZnS QDs are able to clearly develop the fingerprint details on the surface of smooth objects in multicolored images, showing promising application for identification of fingerprints with different background colors.
